Antizipated from Antiz Skateboards. This is a company out of Lyon, France. It's good to be able to see some videos from across the big pond. I'm always on the search for something different.
Skateboard of the Year from Thrasher Magazine, circa 2003. This is a documentary style video, where they interview the past Skaters of the Year. What a bunch of fuckin rippers!
King of the Road from Thrasher, circa 2003. King of the Road is a "contest" of sorts that Thrasher puts on every year. Each team must complete different goals to achieve points. Just watch the video...
Future Primitive from Powell Peralta, circa 1985. I can't believe I haven't posted this video yet, since its one of my favorites and an awesome classic. If you check out the lineup, most of these skaters are still at it to this day.
Falling Down from 101 Skateboards, circa 1993. This is a super short promo from 101. 1993 was a time when tricks were really getting technically insane. Get your big pants and small wheels out.
Strongest of the Strange from Emerica, circa 2005. This video is the handy work of Pontus Alv. I enjoyed the entire thing from beginning to end. This is the way videos should be shot as far as I'm concerned. Its interesting and really long, so you won't get sick of the parts too quickly.
The DC Video from DC Shoes, circa 2003. This was DC's first video, and they start it off right by showing Danny Way's gigantic airs on the megaramp. This is where Rob Dyrdek and Big Black first got together. I still haven't seen a single episode of the TV show, but people keep telling me its hilarious. I need to get cable....
The Hollywood Video from Hollywood, circa 2002. Street flippery and trickery is what Hollywood is all about.
Chilly from Pharmacy Board Shop, circa 2003.
Spitfire from Spitfire Wheels, circa 1993. I had never seen this video before today, and I regret it, look at the fuckin rippers on this team!
Sight Unseen from Transworld Skateboarding, circa 2001. This is Transworld's Twelfth video. I haven't seen a lot of the Transworld videos, but if you put the Cards in a video, I'll watch it.
iThink from Think skateboards, circa 2005. How witty, ripping of the ipod...
Mapping Time in Space, from Satori Movement, circa 2006. Another tour video, but they have some rippin skaters on the team.
Oops, I posted Canvas again on accident. Here is Opinion from Globe Shoes, circa 2001. Another one of the super street skating teams. This video isn't necessarily for the vert lovers.
Yeah Right! from Girl Skateboards, circa 2003. Another girl video from Spike Jonze, who changed skate videos once, and is doing it again. The film quality is unmatched, mainly because he was using cameras on booms at times. I like most of the music featured also.
