I could watch Ray Barbee all day, he skates like butta'. The skaters are Steve Saiz, Ray Barbee, Eric Sanderson, Chet Thomas. I've included the Anthropologist's perspective from the same video below.
Classic.
Classic.
Documentary - Skateboarding
A short documentary that was filmed well, but has some very questionable music. I liked what the two people interviewed had to say about skateboarding. I'm always stoked to hear someone else's take on their passions.

Matter of Style - 1980 - skateboarding section
Matter of Style is an old early 80's surf film. This is a small section of the film which involved skateboarding. Yet another video I am stealing from "SurfyStyley". He seems to have quite the library of old films, go check his youtube account for more videos, but they will probably eventually end up here anyways.

Documentary - Worlds Longest Wave Ever Ridden
Ok, so it isn't skateboarding exactly, but great documentation of surfing the longest waves ever. These guys are riding the wake of tankers. The sandbar is the reason the waves stay up so high and stay ridable. They are getting towed in by boats and then the struggle begins to keep the board moving, since the sandbar is constantly changing.

Documentary - Philadelphia Love Park
A documentary about Love Park, a Philadelphia skateboarding landmark.
Documentary - Sustainable Skateboards
SustainableSkateboards
A short documentary of a company that is attempting to make skateboards out of sustainable resources, such as bamboo and non-toxic resins. Seems like a great idea, but I would love to ride one of the boards to see what if feels like. This video isn't loading. So just click the link above, or go to Treehuggertv.com
